ABOUT PETER TAYLOR INSURANCE AGENCY
Peter Taylor Insurance Agency is a Veteran-Owned business that has served the health insurance needs of clients in Southern California since 2002.
We began by helping individuals without access to employer group health plans insure themselves and their families.
In 2005 we expanded to provide group health insurance plans to small businesses and added Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans to our product offerings. Life Insurance and Annuities were added in 2017.
As our business grew through referrals from our clients to their friends and families, in 2010 we decided to focus on our Medicare business, and it has now become our primary business.
The company was founded by Peter Taylor, and for many years he was the only agent. In 2017 he was joined by his wife Debby, who had retired from her career as a marketing coordinator for a major law firm in San Diego and took on the job of organizing the administrative side of the agency, along with earning her Insurance License. In 2018 they were joined by their daughter Kelly, who also earned her Insurance License and now works actively with new and existing clients. Sadly, we lost our founder/husband/father/grandfather, Pete Taylor, in 2023 to cancer. He may physically be gone but is with us in spirit every day and we are doing our best to continue his legacy. We are so honored to have kept all of his clients (a heartfelt thank you!) while also forming fresh and long-lasting relationships with our new and prospective clients.
We are Independent Insurance Brokers. We do not work for the insurance companies; we work for our clients. To that end, we are appointed with all of the major insurance companies that offer Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange and Los Angeles Counties. That allows us to provide the best recommendation to our clients based on their needs.
We are starting our 22nd year in business, and we have accumulated a tremendous amount of experience in helping our Medicare clients.

Hello! My name is Kelly Taylor, and I am here to help you navigate your way through Medicare. I will answer any questions you may have and help you decide if a Medicare Supplement or a Medicare Advantage Plan would fit your needs. I take into consideration which doctors you like, any medications you are taking, what you would like to pay, etc. Peter Taylor Insurance is a veteran and family-owned company, and we are extremely proud of our over 20 years' experience in the Health Insurance world. We are appointed with all of the major insurance companies and have no preference toward one or the other. Our goal is to help you pick the best plan for your needs. And it's all free to you! You pay us nothing for our advice and assistance - we get paid by the insurance companies, and since we represent all of the major companies, we will be able to help you pick the best choice for you! After recently retiring from the legal world, I am excited to join my daughter, Kelly, in the insurance world, specifically the Medicare world. At times, it can be confusing to navigate through the information as it relates to yourself. This is where I come in. I can answer your questions, and help you decide what is best for you and my help costs nothing.
